To New Students: Notice on Registration, Pre-registration and Online Teaching Temporary Arrangements (10/08/2021)

Dear new students,

In response to the current COVID-19 situation, the University has made the following temporary arrangements for registration in the new academic year:

• The on-site registration for evening classes (local students) which will be held on August 19-20 remains unchanged. Upon arrival to the University, please wear a facemask, present Health Code, maintain appropriate social distance and follow relevant Government’s epidemic prevention guidelines. For students who are unable to arrive at the University due to the epidemic situation, you can apply for online teaching after completing the online registration.
• The on-site registration for day classes which will be held on August 24-26 will be postponed. New students should not come to the University until further notice. Please pay close attention to University’s notice on the official website at www.juyeo2o.com.
• The start date of the new academic year basically remains unchanged. , Faculties will arrange online teaching for students who are not able to come to the University.
• In order to arrange online teaching smoothly, new students must complete the online registration by 00:00, August 20, 2021. Please follow the steps: University website —【CityU Students】—【Online Registration】, complete the “New Student Information Data Sheet.”
• The University will then create enrolment information, assign student number and University mailbox for students who have completed the online registration to proceed for class arrangement and online teaching. Please pay attention to further notice for regarding the latest arrangements.
• For the specific class schedule of each programme (including online courses), please pay attention to each Faculty’s class schedule on the University website later.
• As soon as the pandemic is stable, the University will notify the students of the registration time and complete all registration procedures when return to the University.
